All products are shipped within 3 business days. The customer has a choice of having their product shipped US Mail or UPS.

Refund Policy
We strive for customer service excellence and your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have questions or concerns about your order please contact us.

In the unforeseen circumstance that your order is damaged during shipment, we will replace the product free of charge.

Returning Goods – 30 Day Return Policy
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please call us if you would like to return your order, and we will send you pre-paid labels so that you can return them for free. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.
